Orion Corporate Alliance is currently hiring HR Recruiter for Hyderabad location. from manufacturing background.

Role & responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies in partnership with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
  • Job description management: Write compelling job descriptions and post openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Candidate sourcing: Proactively find and attract candidates through online job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and employee referrals.
  • Screening and interviewing: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews to assess skills and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
  • Candidate and hiring manager liaison: Serve as the main point of contact, providing updates and feedback to both candidates and internal managers.
  • Offer and onboarding: Assist with the offer process, including salary negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Data and compliance: Maintain organized records in an applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
  • Process improvement: Track hiring metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to identify areas for improvement.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
  • Proficiency in productivity software and database management.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must be a graduate.

Candidate must have knowledge for hiring fitter and ITI graduate for manufacturing company.
