What We're Looking For
Strong experience in designing and building scalable web applications end-to-end.

Proficiency with AI-powered tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to deliver faster, more accurate solutions.

Performance-obsessed mindset with attention to detail (yes, an OCD for UI).

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code while keeping scalability in mind.

Curiosity-driven builder – you love hacking side projects, experimenting with new tech, and staying ahead of the curve.

Solid understanding of system design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end development of features – from design discussions to deployment.

Ensure high performance and reliability across services and interfaces.

Collaborate closely with product, design, and DevOps teams to ship impactful solutions.

Continuously explore, experiment, and adopt emerging tools & frameworks.

Mentor junior engineers and help raise the technical bar.
