Client Success Executive

Overview:
We are looking for an exceptionally energetic and coordinated Client Delivery Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring consistent project delivery from beginning to end. This job requires great relational abilities, ability to work in a cross-functional environment, a proactive way of client management, and the capacity to perform different tasks proficiently. The Client Delivery Executive will play a key role in driving client fulfilment and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle for the client, from Demo call to Delivery, ensuring all deliverables are provided to the client within the agreed-upon timeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on project objectives, timelines and deliverables.
2. Project Delivery:
- Approach potential prospects using a multi-channel approach and schedule appointments.
- Meticulously follow-up on different prospects to ensure timely responses and maintain engagement till delivery.
- Maintain and update the project tracker, ensuring accurate and updated information.
3. Client Coordination:
- Act as the main POC for clients, managing communications and ensuring client needs are met throughout the project.
- Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients, providing timely solutions and escalating when necessary.
- Monitor and track project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Attend Weekly Client Calls
4. Collaboration with Accounts Team:
- Work closely with the Accounts team to obtain and verify new data relevant to the ongoing project.
- Regularly communicate with the Accounts team to request specific accounts needed for project progress and updates.
5. Pre-Appointment Qualification:
- Qualify inflowing prospective leads on the basis of predetermined criteria, ensuring that only high-potential appointments are delivered.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance appointment qualification processes.
6.Client Feedback and Reporting:
- Collect and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
- Share regular reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management and clients as well.
