Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment or customer service role is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
