PASD Automation & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing enterprise engaged in the manufacturing of control panels and providing turnkey electrical and automation solutions. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales / Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring the closure of sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify new prospects through field visits, digital platforms, references, and industry networking.
  • Customer Follow-up: Regularly follow up with potential and existing customers to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Client Meetings: Visit clients on-site to understand requirements, deliver presentations, and maintain rapport.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Track and analyze sales trends, prepare reports, and share actionable insights with the management team.
  • MIS & Reporting: Prepare and present regular MIS reports related to sales, follow-ups, and performance KPIs.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Engage in commercial discussions, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure timely deal closure.
  • CRM & Documentation: Maintain updated records of clients, interactions, and quotations using CRM tools and internal documentation formats.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Estimation, Production, and Accounts) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
  • Knowledge of basic sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
  • Analytical mindset to understand and report sales data

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or any related field
  • MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred but not mandatory)
