Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sampling & Catalog Coordinator to manage product sampling activities, maintain sample records, and assist in creating and updating product catalogs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coordinating between design, production, and marketing teams, with a strong sense of organization and visual presentation.

  • Coordinate sample development from initial request to final approval, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to track sample status and resolve issues.
  • Maintain and update the sample tracker with details like sample type, material, cost, and feedback.
  • Assist in catalog creation, including collecting product details, specifications, and images.
  • Work with the design and marketing teams to prepare visual product catalogs (digital and print).
  • Ensure all product data, SKUs, and images are accurate and properly categorized.
  • Coordinate photoshoots and assist in selecting final product images for catalogs or listings.
  • Support the product launch process by ensuring all samples and catalog materials are ready on schedule.
  • Maintain an organized sample library and ensure labeling and storage accuracy.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sampling progress and catalog updates for management.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 25 years of experience in sampling coordination, product cataloging, or merchandising support.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or InDesign) preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and internal team interaction.
