Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our store located within a hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, efficient store operations, inventory control, and staff performance while upholding the brand standards and hospitality service values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to hospitality standards.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product displays in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and reduce shrinkage through effective control measures.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints promptly, ensuring positive customer experiences.
  • Train and develop store staff in sales techniques, hospitality etiquette, and company policies.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and stock management.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotions within the store.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in retail or store management within a hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of inventory software and POS systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
