Job Description:
Notun Jeevan Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse for our NICU department. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to neonates and collaborate effectively with our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care for newborns in the NICU under medical guidance.
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
- Work efficiently in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Experience in NICU or child care (preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage stressful situations.
