**Position**:Marketing & Public Relations (PR) Officer**
**Key Responsibilities Area**
- Connect with patients and their families to inform them about ongoing health schemes, wellness packages, and check-up programs.
- Build strong relationships with patients to enhance their experience and foster loyalty.
- Address patient inquiries and feedback to ensure a positive perception of the hospital.
- Plan and execute on-site marketing initiatives to promote hospital services and special healthcare offerings.
- Organize and manage neighborhood health check-up camps and wellness programs to increase hospital visibility.
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other staff to coordinate promotional activities.
- Develop and implement offline marketing campaigns to drive footfall and increase awareness of the hospital’s services.
- Coordinate promotional events, workshops, and health talks within the community to build brand presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and distribute them in strategic locations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local community groups, organizations, and influencers to promote the hospital’s brand.
- Represent the hospital at community events, health fairs, and networking events to build a positive reputation.
- Monitor and manage public perception by addressing any concerns or issues raised by the community.
- Gather feedback and data from patients and community members to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- ovide regular reports on campaign performance and community engagement initiatives.
- Identify new opportunities for community outreach and partnerships.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in public relations, offline marketing, or community engagement, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry. BENEFITS :Flexible working hours, including weekends, to support community events and hospital initiatives+ FOOD AND LODGING.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
