Marketing and PR Coordinator

**Job Title**: Marketing & PR Coordinator - Hospital / Healthcare Sector

**About the Role** We are looking for a passionate and energetic **Marketing & Public Relations (PR) Coordinator** to join our hospital team. This is a field-oriented role focused on community outreach, patient engagement, and on-ground marketing initiatives that drive footfall, awareness, and trust in our services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Connect with patients and families to explain ongoing healthcare schemes, wellness packages, and check-up programs.
- Handle patient relationship building and ensure a positive hospital experience.
- Organize and execute on-site marketing activities, health camps, and community events.
- Collaborate with doctors, staff, and local partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Promote the hospital’s services and events in the local community via offline and interpersonal channels.
- Distribute marketing materials at key touchpoints (clinics, schools, residential areas, etc.).
- Represent the hospital at community fairs, wellness drives, and public health events.
- Address feedback, handle patient queries, and manage public perception.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Mass Communication, or Healthcare Management.
- 2-4 years of experience in offline marketing, hospital PR, or community outreach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in local language preferred).
- Experience in organizing events and dealing with local stakeholders.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to work on-ground with flexible hours, including weekends.

- Travel: Local travel required for community engagement
