Key Responsibilities:

  • Use tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing reports and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage subscribers, and promote new collections or offers.
  • Work closely with internal creative teams (designers, copywriters, photographers) and external agencies or vendors. The role may involve leading and mentoring a small marketing team
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and measure their performance against KPIs and ROI, optimizing spend based on data-driven insights.
  • Oversee the company's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.), focusing on aspirational storytelling and visually engaging content (images, videos, reels) that builds a strong, engaged community.
  • Conduct market research to identify jewellery industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, using these insights to inform creative direction and strategies.
  • Design and implement robust digital marketing plans across all online platforms to align with overall business objectives and the brand's luxury positioning.
  • Optimize website content for search engines to increase organic traffic. Plan content calendars, manage product listings, blogs, and ensure brand consistency across all channels

Requirements:

  • Experience (3-5+ years) in Jewellery Digital Marketing, preferably within the jewellery & luxury retail industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is typically required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, high creativity with a strong eye for aesthetics, exceptional communication skills, and project management capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media platforms and their ad managers, Google Analytics, CRM, and content management systems.
