Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Pre-Primary Coordinator who will be responsible for planning, supervising, and guiding the Pre-Primary section of the school. The role demands strong leadership, academic expertise in early childhood education, and the ability to mentor teachers while ensuring an engaging learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day functioning of the Pre-Primary section.
  • Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and teaching strategies.
  • Guide, support, and train pre-primary teachers to ensure high teaching standards.
  • Monitor student progress and ensure holistic development.
  • Interact with parents to address concerns and update on child's progress.
  • Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
  • Coordinate events, celebrations, and activities related to early years learning.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education / Child Psychology / Education (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary / Early Years, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordinator role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about early childhood education with innovative teaching practices.
