The Civil Supervisor will oversee and execute civil, structural, and electrical maintenance works in commercial and institutional buildings. The role includes site supervision, contractor/vendor coordination, progress reporting, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day civil maintenance and repair works in commercial buildings.
  • Coordinate with teams handling electrical and structural maintenance.
  • Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety norms.
  • Oversee contractors/vendors to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and escalate site issues as needed.
  • Assist in BOQ preparation, cost estimates, and repair assessments.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify risks/defects, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and company standards.
  • Liaise with facility management, vendors, and clients for smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 0 - 3 years in site execution & maintenance (civil, electrical, or structural) experience in commercial/institutional buildings preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of site supervision, execution, and safety compliance.
  • Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
