Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects at various sites. As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with safety regulations. You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate and supervise all activities on-site.

**Responsibilities**:
Plan, organize, and coordinate daily construction activities at the site.

Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

Monitor the progress of construction work, identify any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with the project manager to develop and maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Resolve any construction-related issues, conflicts, or disputes that may arise during the project.

Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Manage the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and tools as required.

Prepare regular progress reports, including documentation of site activities, work completed, and any incidents or accidents.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred) OR relevant work experience.

Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.

Solid understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry.

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications.

Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
