**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within the allocated timeframe and budget.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high-quality work output.
- Monitor construction progress and quality, conducting regular inspections to identify and address any issues or deviations from plans.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a culture of safety consciousness among the team.
- Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications, and ensure accurate implementation on-site.
- Coordinate the delivery of construction materials, equipment, and machinery to the site as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, including daily progress reports, materials used, and labor hours worked.
- Collaborate with project managers to address any project-related challenges, suggesting solutions and adjustments as necessary.
- Assist in the estimation of project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permits.
- Act as a liaison between the construction team and project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
- Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and in various weather conditions.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
