Educational Qualification : DCE/BE - Civil Engineering

Experience Required : 2-5 Years
- To supervise civil works such as Layout, RCC Work, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, plumbing etc.
- Execution as per Plan at site. Ensuring the quality of construction & Materials & Labour
- Project work scheduling and maintaining the project Deadlines
- Bill checking/bill certification
- Coordination with Project Manager & Team/Sub Contractors / Labour
- Ensuring Quality, Environment and Safety
- Monthly consumption reports, daily progress reports, etc.
- Responsible for achieving the target with a time schedule.
- Carrying out works as per technical specifications specified in BOQ.
- Structure, concrete work & Drawings \* Planning, Monitoring Progress
- Coordinating with Architects and clients
- Updating clients regarding the work done.
- Office Reporting if Necessary

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
