Job Summary:
The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and clients, to deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Project Supervision**:

- Oversee and monitor construction activities to ensure work is performed according to design specifications and project plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards of construction.
- Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- **Safety Management**:

- Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety.
- **Resource Management**:

- Plan and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements.
- Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.
- **Schedule Management**:

- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all project phases.
- Identify and resolve any delays or issues that may impact the project timeline.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate coordination between various project teams to ensure smooth project progress.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and incident reports.
- Provide regular updates to project managers and clients on project status and any emerging issues.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Identify and address any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Implement corrective actions and solutions to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
