We are actively seeking immediate joiners for a site located in Ernakulam.

Qualification:

- Diploma / Btech in civil engineering

As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects at various job sites. Your primary role will involve coordinating and supervising the activities of construction teams, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that construction activities adhere to plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop project plans, including construction schedules, manpower requirements, and material resources.
- Construction Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to project timelines.
- Quality Control: Monitor construction processes and conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship, quality standards, and specifications are met. Take corrective actions when necessary.
- Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce safety practices on the construction site, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and guidelines. Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred, also freshers
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, processes, and materials

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
