Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining good customer relationships, and achieving given targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products or services.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and updates.
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
  • Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle customer queries confidently.
  • Should be flexible to work in different time slots.
