As a highly motivated and experienced platform engineer, you will join the Digital Support team, responsible for supporting our Digital Experience and eTrading platforms.

What role will you play?
As a key member of the team, you will design and build tools, scripts, and automation frameworks to streamline workflows while developing, monitoring, alerting, and telemetry solutions to proactively address platform issues. In this exciting role, you will apply coding expertise in a application support and site reliability context. Also, you will play a significant role contributing to the stability, scalability, and performance of critical trading platforms. Collaborating with engineering teams, you will provide L1/L2 support for the digital platform and will manage incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement long-term fixes.
What you offer
- Programming expertise of 4-9 years in Python for tool and automation development
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Splunk, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing quality support to internal and external clients
