Role & responsibilities

Deputy Manager - Alternate Investment Fund

  • Lead portfolio reviews, managing mutual fund queries, KYC processes, and client servicing for NRI clients.
  • Developed and implemented a CRM software tool for Relationship Managers (RMs), significantly enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Handled internal audits and completed 3 years of SEBI audit, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Managed trade and valuation, along with non-financial servicing, both online and offline.
  • Spearheaded office process improvements, leading training programs and enhancing team productivity.
  • Developed and implemented performance metrics to track individual and team achievements in both customer service.
  • Managed day-to-day operations, ensuring that service levels were met and clients' needs were addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitated training sessions on best practices for customer service, mutual fund offerings, and CRM tool usage, resulting in a improvement in team efficiency.
  • Oversaw customer service operations, ensuring that service standards were maintained, and client inquiries were resolved promptly.
  • Created regular reports and dashboards for senior management to track customer service performance, sales activities, and CRM usage.
