Location: Moshi, Pune Company: Tulip Group Job Summary: We are looking for a well-presented and professional Guest Relations Executive (GRE) / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders at our Moshi location. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries regarding real estate projects and provide necessary information.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure a seamless visitor experience.
  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Assist the sales and administrative teams with data entry, documentation, and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain visitor logs and records for security purposes.
  • Ensure all calls and messages are promptly and accurately relayed.
  • Support HR and Admin teams in day-to-day office management tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist / GRE / Front Desk Executive, preferably in Real Estate / Hospitality / Corporate Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
