6) Job Description:

Recruiting candidates for different positions Middle to senior level
Great connection in HR groups for recruitment
Experience in hiring from social media platforms like LinkedIn, , etc.
Payroll Handling. Total Wages Hours Update in every month
Process and Policy Implementation
Leave encashment, policy generation
New CTC structure Generate & Update CTC structure
Handling Compliances P.F. & ESIC work. ( Challan genrations,withdraws,transfers,etc.) Statutory
activities (Factory license renewal, GPCB & Fire NOC work)
Entry & Exit Formalities of Employees
Monthly updated legal register records
Managing employee and employer relationship
Employee Engagement Activities (e.g., Birthday Celebration, Festival Celebration.)
Oversee and accomplish administrative processes, Canteen management, Fixed asset management
Excellent command of the English language.
Software: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook Express, Microsoft Power Point.
Good Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving Ability with Accuracy

Job Type: Full-time Duty: 09:30 am to 06:00 pm
Weekly Off: Thursday

Education: MBA/MSW in HR
