We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales & Business Development Associate with at least 1 year of experience in international business development or IT/engineering sales. The ideal candidate is energetic, target-driven, and eager to grow a career in global sales while working with cutting-edge IoT and engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for IoT, Embedded, and Product Engineering services in US & Europe markets.
- Manage the sales cycle from outreach, presentations, proposals, to closure.
- Engage decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, Managers) and present tailored solutions.
- Build long-term client relationships to ensure retention and growth.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Track pipeline progress, maintain accurate records in CRM, and prepare reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B/International Sales or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, Electronics, or related fields.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work in a performance-driven culture.
- Willingness to work in US shift timings (3PM – 1 AM IST).
