Medfins International LLP is a leading medical device regulatory consulting firm based in Chennai, India. We specialize in providing comprehensive regulatory solutions, including ISO 13485 certification, CDSCO Medical Device, IVD & cosmetics licenses, MDSAP, US FDA approvals, and CE marking.
**Position**: International Business Development Executive
**Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research**: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and markets for our regulatory services, focusing on international territories.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and tenders to address client needs and showcase our expertise.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Sales Forecasting**: Track sales performance and prepare accurate sales forecasts.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams (regulatory experts, consultants) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest regulatory trends, industry developments, and market dynamics.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international business development, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices, including ISO 13485, CDSCO, MDSAP, US FDA, and CE marking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language is preferred.
