Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients, understand their design aspirations, and present tailored design solutions.
  • Conduct client consultations, site visits, and design discussions to build strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the design team to prepare proposals, mood boards, layouts, and quotations.
  • Drive sales by achieving monthly/quarterly targets while maintaining a client-first approach.
  • Stay updated with luxury interior design trends, materials, and finishes to guide clients effectively.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations that align with Spazioliv's premium brand positioning.
  • Maintain CRM records, track leads, and follow up consistently to convert inquiries into sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Business / related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales/design consultation within the interior design, architecture, or luxury lifestyle sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative flair with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software (a plus).
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a high-performance environment.
