We are looking for a dynamic Sales Designer who can bridge creativity with sales expertise—bringing in clients, understanding their design needs, and delivering solutions that reflect our brand's elegance.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients, understand their design aspirations, and present tailored design solutions.
- Conduct client consultations, site visits, and design discussions to build strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the design team to prepare proposals, mood boards, layouts, and quotations.
- Drive sales by achieving monthly/quarterly targets while maintaining a client-first approach.
- Stay updated with luxury interior design trends, materials, and finishes to guide clients effectively.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations that align with Spazioliv's premium brand positioning.
- Maintain CRM records, track leads, and follow up consistently to convert inquiries into sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Business / related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/design consultation within the interior design, architecture, or luxury lifestyle sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative flair with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software (a plus).
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a high-performance environment.
