Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Customer Care Executive to join our team at The Nesavu, a vibrant and growing kidswear brand. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experiences with our brand are positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Engagement: Actively manage our brand's social media presence by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Direct Message (DM) Handling: Efficiently handle customer queries and concerns through direct messages across our social media platforms.
- Phone Support: Provide phone support to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer assistance with order placements.
- Order Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on customer orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery, and addressing any post-purchase concerns.
- Feedback Collection: Solicit customer feedback to improve our products and services, and share insights with the team.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the values and image of The Nesavu in all customer interactions, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and customer engagement tactics.
- Empathetic and patient, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
