Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Executive position in Human Resources for our clients based in Mumbai. The person will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee life cycle management, compliance and employee relations for two to three clients. The role is from office. It involves working directly under CHROmosome Consulting & IT Solutions
Must Haves:
- Experience of at least 2 years in a similar role

Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in any Recruitment and in any one area out of HR operations, HR compliance, salary processing for minimum 2 years
- Knowledge of HR processes and policies, Labour Laws
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- MBA is good to have
- Ability to manage stakeholders (often MD and CEOs), Blue and White collar employees.
