Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Executive position in Human Resources for our clients based in Mumbai. The person will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee life cycle management, compliance and employee relations for two to three clients. The role is from office. It involves working directly under CHROmosome Consulting & IT Solutions

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in any Recruitment and in any one area out of HR operations, HR compliance, salary processing for minimum 2 years
  • Knowledge of HR processes and policies, Labour Laws
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency MS Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
  • MBA is good to have
  • Ability to manage stakeholders (often MD and CEOs), Blue and White collar employees.
