Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue security badges when required
  • Provide basic information to clients and customers
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Coordinate with other departments to support daily operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Any UG or PG
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Proficiency with phone systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
  • Customer service experience
  • Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems
Working Conditions
