Job Description:

As a customer support associate, you will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account quires. Our well-resourced environment will provide you with the tools and opportunities to enhance your knowledge of the banking process.

Requirements:

  • Fresher OR Experienced with graduation.
  • Typical Customer Support/ Customer Service executive
  • Welcome Calling, Collections, etc. will be the roles & responsibilities.
  • Must know and speak English + any two languages (Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, Konkani, Bengali, Marathi)
  • Graduation Mandatory with a provisional or degree certificate.

Job Details:

  • Required Languages: Hindi, Kannada, Konkani, Marathi, Malayalam, Bengali speaking
  • Work Mode: Work from Office
  • Shift Timing: Rotational shifts - No pure Night shifts
  • Work Schedule: 6-day rotational work with 1 rotational week-off
  • Salary: Hindi-19K CTC, Malayalam-21K CTC, Kannada/Bengali/Konkani/Marathi: 24K CTC.

WORK LOCATION - Tidel Park, Pattabiram, Chennai.
