Description

Quality Manager with a good background in Six Sigma methodologies and Black Belt certification to lead quality initiatives across our operations. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in quality management, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership, preferably in the telecom and technology sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage quality assurance programs and initiatives across operational teams.
  • Drive Six Sigma projects to improve process efficiency, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics and KPIs.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and train teams on Six Sigma tools and quality best practices.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications

You have:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in the Engineering stream with a Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, or operational excellence.
  • Good knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, TQM, ISO standards, and other quality frameworks.
  • Proven track record of leading successful Six Sigma projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in telecom, manufacturing, or technology sectors is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in quality tools such as DMAIC, FMEA, SPC, Pareto Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, etc.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-site environment 
  • Familiarity with digital quality tools and platforms.
