Job Description Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage aerospace manufacturing projects from initiation to completion - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with customer requirements - Oversee risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies - Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders - Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations and standards - Implement quality management processes and continuous improvement initiatives - Resolve project issues and conflicts - Manage resource allocation and optimize project efficiency - Lead and mentor project team members - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Participate in contract negotiations and customer meetings - Identify and pursue opportunities for project expansion or improvement - Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations - Contribute to the development of aerospace manufacturing best practices Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Sciences, or related field - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred - 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or related industry - Proven track record of successfully managing aerospace manufacturing projects - Strong knowledge of aerospace industry regulations and standards - Proficiency in project management tools and software - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance - Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation techniques - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles - Experience in contract negotiation and customer relationship management - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment About The Company - Q2Q Solutions Pvt Ltd is an aerospace and defence parts manufacturing startup located I Chennai,Tamil Nadu.
