Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assistant Manager located in IGC Chaygaon, Chatabari, Assam. The Quality Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising production processes, implementing quality control measures, coordinating audits, and addressing quality-related issues. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent product integrity and improve overall operational efficiency. Monitoring production workflows, preparing reports, and providing training to ensure adherence to best practices are also key aspects of this role. Qualifications - Proficiency in Quality Assurance practices, Quality Control processes, and conducting audits - Strong knowledge of Food Safety Standards, including HACCP protocols and GMP guidelines - Ability to work collaboratively with production teams and cross-functional departments - Analytical skills for problem-solving, data evaluation, and ensuring compliance with regulations - Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, or related field - Strong organizational and communication skills - Experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred but not mandatory
