Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Panvel. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, coordinating with production teams, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, the role involves liaising with clients, overseeing project timelines, and optimizing resource allocation. Qualifications - Strong leadership and team management skills - Proficiency in project management and scheduling - Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities - Knowledge of safety and quality standards in marine manufacturing - Technical expertise in Fiberglass, Steel, Aluminium, and Rubber vessel construction - Relevant experience in the marine industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field - Problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
