Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
