About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Admin Manager (Corporate Office) to oversee day-to-day administrative operations, manage travel and facility functions, and provide executive-level support to the CEO and senior management.
The ideal candidate should have extensive corporate office administration experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:Office Administration:
- Oversee daily office operations, facilities management, vendor coordination, housekeeping, and logistics.
- Ensure smooth running of the corporate office and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Handle procurement of office assets, stationery, and maintenance of administrative records.
Executive Assistance:
- Act as a point of contact and provide direct administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments efficiently.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Travel & Event Management:
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Handle travel bookings, itineraries, expense tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Plan and coordinate corporate meetings, conferences, and internal events.
Vendor & Facility Coordination:
- Liaise with third-party vendors, facility service providers, and maintenance teams.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective and timely service delivery.
Communication & Coordination:
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments and external stakeholders.
- Maintain efficient communication flow between the management team and departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Administration preferred).
- 12–15 years of experience in corporate administration, executive assistance, or travel management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience supporting CXO-level executives in a corporate environment.
- Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and high attention to detail.
