Job Role: Interior Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at Modula. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative, functional, and brand-aligned design solutions across residential and retail projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all design elements align with project requirements and enhance the end-user experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop interior layouts, furniture designs, and space planning.
  • Customer Acquisition
  • Work on residential and retail projects from design brief to execution.
  • Collaborate with architects, operations, procurement, and site teams to ensure design feasibility and execution quality.
  • Create mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and design documentation using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or relevant design software.
  • Visit project sites for measurements, supervision, and quality checks.
  • Ensure brand design consistency and adherence to company design standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in interior designing.
  • Experience in Modular industry is MANDATORY.
  • Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of modular design, space planning, and project coordination.
