Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the construction, architectural, and interior design sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Viva ACP products to clients.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
achieve sales targets and goals as set by the company.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Viva ACP products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a field sales executive or similar sales role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
willingness to travel extensively.
