Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Camunda BPM Developer to design, build, and configure applications that align with business processes and performance goals. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing scalable solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of workflow automation and back-end systems. You will also play a key role in optimizing application functionality, troubleshooting issues, and continuously enhancing system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure applications using Camunda BPM to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective workflow solutions.
  • Develop scalable, high-performance applications using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
  • Integrate workflow automation tools and manage case handling for complex business processes.
  • Deploy, monitor, and scale applications using Azure Cloud services.
  • Implement real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
  • Work with React for building and integrating front-end solutions with back-end services.
  • Follow microservices architecture and RESTful API development best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must-Have Skill: Proficiency in Camunda BPM.
  • Strong experience with Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate).
  • Experience with workflow automation tools (Flowable or similar BPM technologies).
  • Proficiency in Azure Cloud for deployment and management.
  • Working knowledge of Apache Kafka for real-time data processing.
  • Familiarity with React for front-end development and integration.
  • Skilled in microservices, RESTful APIs, and Agile development practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
