Role purpose:

In the proposed role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, Design and Implementation.

You are expected to deliver complex features integrated on COTS using Camunda Engine, BPMN business process and associated tools, SOA/Microservice architecture using Camunda.

You will also ensure high quality code deliverables for shared or common modules and support development on resolving their technical issues.

Since this is a strategically greenfield project, you will be expected to support laying the foundations and build frameworks, set-up best practice guidelines and support organizing the entire project.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Define the architecture, create high level design artifacts, and define technology approaches/processes.
  • Create and code solutions in a multi-team set-up and ensure a successful implementation of process automation in the CARE domain.
  • Hands on Java/microservice development as per the sprint objective.
  • Support management in the process of growing the process automation footprint for VOIS in Solstice.
  • Build Proof of concepts as required and build BPMN/Camunda Capability in _VOIS Train/Mentor Java developers to upskill on Camunda BPMN and Support

Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:

  • Strong experience in Camunda Engine, BPMN business process and associated tools, SOA/Microservice architecture using Camunda
  • Strong hands-on Java Development experience including good knowledge of Java design patterns especially related to Microservices
  • Solid understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and messaging platforms (ideally Kafka)
  • Strong experience in Spring and Spring Boot.
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD and related tools
