Student Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented Student Recruitment Coordinator (SRC) to join our dynamic team in Navitas – Delhi Office, India.

About the Role

The Student Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the conversion of prospective international students into enrolled students. The role focuses on desk-based follow-up, communication, and administrative support to ensure timely, accurate, and effective management of student applications and offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student enquiries and applications through the conversion pipeline.
  • Follow up on applications and offers to maximize enrolment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in the CRM system.
  • Support online engagement activities and occasional recruitment events.
  • Communicate regularly with agents and provide timely application updates.
  • Respond to student and parent enquiries via email, phone, and virtual sessions.
  • Use approved templates and materials for follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with Student Recruitment, Admissions, and Marketing teams.
  • Provide insights on student trends and common enquiries to inform improvements.

Key Success Criteria

  • Improvement in student application-to-enrolment conversion rates.
  • Timely, accurate, and effective communications with students, parents, and agents.
  • High levels of CRM data accuracy and reporting consistency.
  • Constructive collaboration with SRMs, Admissions, and Marketing teams.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on student experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (desirable).
  • Prior experience in a customer service, sales support, or education sector role (desirable).
