Job Title: IT Recruiter

Location: 134- Rishabh Vihar, Karkardooma

Timings: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Recruiter to join our team. This role involves managing recruitment processes for IT positions while also coordinating trainers for patching new batches.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

* Coordinate trainers for patching new batches of recruits, ensuring timely deployment and alignment with training schedules.

* Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

* Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

* Conduct training needs assessments to determine training priorities and areas for skill development.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior 0-2 years of experience or internship in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.

* Familiarity with job portals, sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).

* Knowledge of interview coordination, candidate assessment, and onboarding processes.
