Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Robotics Intern to support the STEM

Department in the development, testing, and implementation of robotics projects and

educational initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in robotics design,

coding, and STEM outreach, ideal for students pursuing degrees in engineering,

computer science, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing, building, and programming robots using platforms such as

Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO Mindstorms, or VEX Robotics.

Support the development and delivery of robotics/STEM workshops, camps, and

classroom sessions.

Help troubleshoot hardware and software issues in robotics systems.

Contribute to documentation of projects and experiments for educational and

reporting purposes.

Collaborate with team members on innovation and problem-solving challenges.

Conduct research on current trends and tools in robotics and suggest improvements to

existing projects.

Maintain lab equipment, organize supplies, and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Robotics,

Mechatronics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related

STEM field.

Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, C/C++, Java) and robotics

platforms.

Familiarity with electronics, sensors, microcontrollers, and CAD software is a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Passion for robotics, technology, and STEM education.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
