Designation: Head – HR & Admin

Reporting to: CMD/Director

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership in HR & Admin

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, with exposure to General Administration/IR preferred

Industry Preference: Petrochemical / Chemical / Oil & Gas / Manufacturing

Role: The Head of HR & Admin will lead all HR and administrative functions, driving strategy, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth operations to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Align HR strategy with business goals

  • Drive workforce and succession planning

  • Promote a performance-driven, employee-first culture

Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Lead recruitment across all levels

  • Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction

  • Manage performance and career development systems

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate payroll, HRIS, and data management

  • Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.)

  • Develop and enforce HR policies

Learning & Development

  • Deliver training for technical and leadership growth

  • Promote coaching, mentoring, and skill-building

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Maintain healthy industrial relations

  • Address grievances and disciplinary issues

  • Enhance engagement, well-being, and communication

Compensation & Benefits

  • Plan and benchmark compensation

  • Implement recognition and reward systems

Administration Responsibilities

  • Manage facilities, logistics, and vendor operations

  • Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance

  • Control admin costs and drive digitization

  • Safeguard and optimize company assets

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor HR & Admin teams

  • Build a culture of excellence and accountability

  • Ensure succession planning and skill development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹2,800,000.00 per year
