Customer Care Executive - Corporate Office
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Explain gold schemes and their benefits to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enrollments, payments, and renewals.
- Provide timely reminders to customers regarding due payments and scheme maturity.
- Coordinate with showroom teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure effective problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Qualification : Any Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with customer service preferred.
- Gender: Female Candidates only.
- Languages known: Tamil / English / Telugu / Kannada / Hindi.
