Position Overview

We seek experienced, hands-on recruiters who can deliver consistent results. This role requires minimum 5 successful onboardings per month. Only candidates with proven track records should apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and close candidates for IT roles across India (software developers, data engineers, cloud architects, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps, etc.)

  • Achieve minimum 5 onboardings monthly (non-negotiable performance standard)

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance and joining

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for specialized IT positions

  • Conduct phone/video screenings and coordinate interviews with clients

  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations through onboarding

  • Ensure smooth joining process and handle offer drop-out situations proactively

  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and provide weekly performance reports

  • Work regular business hours (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM IST)

Mandatory Requirements - Must Demonstrate

To qualify, you must provide proof of:

  1. Consistent Monthly Closures: Submit last 6 months placement data showing average 5+ closures per month

  2. IT Recruiting Experience: 2+ years recruiting for software, technology, or IT roles in India

  3. End-to-End Recruitment: Experience managing complete hiring cycle including offer negotiation and joining formalities

  4. Proven Sourcing Skills: Portfolio showing your sourcing methods and candidate engagement strategies

Required Skills

  • Expert-level Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency

  • Experience with Indian job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Shine, TimesJobs)

  • Strong phone screening and technical candidate assessment abilities

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus)

  • Understanding of notice periods, salary structures (CTC breakup), and joining formalities

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Proficiency with ATS systems and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, and certifications

  • Knowledge of tech stacks (Java, Python, .NET, AWS, Azure, Salesforce, SAP, React, Angular, etc.)

  • Experience with contract and permanent placements

  • Background working with IT services companies, product companies, or startups

  • Strong negotiation skills to handle counter-offers and salary discussions
