- Prospecting & Lead Generation:Identify and contact potential clients through cold calls, networking, social media, and attending industry events.
- Client Interaction:Schedule meetings, conduct virtual or in-person product presentations and demonstrations to showcase products or services.
- Sales Process:Guide leads through the sales funnel, prepare proposals and quotes, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and handling any queries or complaints.
- Market Research:Analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and understand competitor products to develop effective sales strategies.
- Reporting & Collaboration:Maintain accurate sales records, provide regular reports and forecasts to management, and collaborate with other departments like marketing to support sales initiatives.
- Professional Development:Stay informed about the latest industry developments, attend training, and continuously work to improve sales skills.
