We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Manager Payroll and Benefits to join our dynamic team and take ownership of payroll operations across select EMEA and APJ countries, along with leading benefits management in India.

  • Take full ownership of end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries in EMEA and APJ, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll delivery.
  • Manage and mentor payroll staff in the APJ region, overseeing all BMC APJ payroll activities with quality and efficiency.
  • Handle complex payroll tax calculations, deductions, filings, reconciliations, and statutory compliance to meet regulatory obligations.
  • Partner seamlessly with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll execution and timely resolution of escalations.
  • Own the annual insurance renewals and vendor relationships for India benefits, optimizing programs to deliver strong employee value and compliance.
  • Use your expertise with global payroll platformsexperience with ADP Streamline is a plusto identify and champion automation and technology-driven process improvements.
  • Support internal audits and statutory reporting through thorough documentation and responsive collaboration.
  • Contribute actively to change management initiatives, adapting payroll and benefits operations to evolving business needs and structures.
  • Serve as a regional expert and trusted advisor on payroll and benefits matters, collaborating with the broader payroll teams to maintain business continuity.

To ensure youre set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field (Masters degree a plus).
  • 10+ years of progressive multi-country payroll experience, ideally spanning EMEA and APJ regions.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian benefits programs, insurance renewals, vendor management, and compliance standards.
  • Hands-on expertise with global payroll platforms such as ADP, SAP, Workday, or Ceridian; experience with ADP Streamline is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to leverage payroll technology to streamline processes and solve complex challenges.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across a matrixed, cross-functional global environment.
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset, adaptable to evolving business models and HR systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering excellent employee experience through accuracy, compliance, and innovation.
