Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Development Specialist located in Noida. The New Product Development Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development process, from ideation to launch. This includes conducting market research and analysis, developing project plans, managing timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The Specialist will work closely with the Research and Development (R&D) team, the tool design team, manufacturing team and with customers to introduce, innovate and improve products, ensuring they meet market needs and quality standards and products are introduced within the committed time lines.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing market trends and product performance
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and with clients
  • Project Management skills to successfully manage product development timelines and deliverables
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the electronics industry is a plus
  • Experience in the electrical accessories industry a plus
