Application Support EngineerKey ResponsibilitiesProvide application support and handle incident management and change requests using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, MyQuest experience is a plus).Collaborate with global, distributed teams in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.Integrate and work with Web APIs for system and application interactions.RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem -solving abilities.Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).Hands -on experience with ITSM tools for incident management and change requests (ServiceNow/MyQuest preferred).Basic understanding of Web APIs and API integrations.Programming knowledge in web or backend development is an added advantage.
